John Williamson

Hello, my name is John Williamson and I have been working in the real estate field for the past 10+ years. I earned my real estate salesperson license in 2016 and took the opportunity to break from the corporate world and leap into full-time residential and commercial real estate in 2020. I grew up in southwest Missouri and am from the town of Nixa, MO, a bedroom community of Springfield. I graduated from the United States Naval Academy, flew F-14's, and completed my Navy career as a Supply Corps officer. I earned my MBA from Baker University in Baldwin, KS.

I love the Houston area and am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with you to find the property that fits your needs. I am invested in the Houston region and am a member of the Lake Houston Chamber of Commerce/Lake Houston Economic Development Partnership.

I've spent much of my time in commercial facilities management in Houston for one of the largest publicly traded energy providers and chemical manufacturers in the world. I started as a building services supervisor (Brookhollow/800 Bell) and thru progression earned the role of Senior Facility Manager (Buffalo Speedway and Baytown) handling all services, operations/maintenance (O&M) and tenant services, at the second largest refinery in the United States. Ultimately, I was the America's Senior Operations Manager providing site staff operational leadership to 17 locations in the US, Canada, and South America.
